Battery charging cell monitoring can be time consuming and inefficient in terms of man-power, and may create health and safety concerns.
Intelligent Charging Limited are pleased to introduce our new fully automated Universal Cell Monitoring attachments for use with nickel cadmium batteries, which speed up the entire process and avoid unnecessary manual connections.
Using flying leads in its basic format, the Universal Cell Monitoring unit is ideal for workshops catering for multiple battery types.
Fully automated process mode functions allowing a complete program of discharge, cell balance, battery charge, capacity test, and service charge – all in one operation, inclusive of reporting of battery condition – WITHOUT operator intervention!

Crown Assembly
Where a number of similar batteries are serviced, there is a more professional solution available. A bespoke attachable Crown Assembly is available to suit your battery. This simply clips onto the battery top, and automatically makes all cell connections via stainless steel probes – speeding the operations further and reducing operator risks & errors.
Unlike other systems, once the Crown is connected the electrical connections are fully isolated. If cell voltages need to be externally measured, this is done using the isolated 4mm sockets on the Universal Cell Monitoring unit.
Available now for some of the most popular battery types, this Crown can be made to special order for other batteries.
