Intelligent Charging have now developed chargers for Lithium Ion and Lithium Polymer batteries.  This advanced technology arose from an urgent military requirement, and we can now offer a bespoke Lithium battery charger design and manufacture service.

The new-technology Li batteries have to be treated with kid gloves. So Intelligent Charging has developed a structured model charger which carefully monitors cell voltages and ensures that overcharging of cells does not occur – reducing the risk of explosion and or cell damage.

The result: a fully charged battery with all cells carefully balanced.

By monitoring the cell during the charge process the intelligent software can detect cells which appear to behave incorrectly, indicating a battery pack which should be repaired or replaced. This ensures total peace of mind in mission-critical and high-risk situations.

No two battery packs are the same, so we do not offer a off-the-shelf solution to your charging needs, nor recommend something which only goes halfway to resolving complex charging problems.
